These terms explain what you can expect from Ranovexa, what we ask of you in return, and how we handle the parts of care that inevitably need a rulebook. They apply whenever you book, pay for or receive a Ranovexa service — directly or through a partner hospital, insurer or employer.
Scope
Ranovexa provides caregivers, nursing, physiotherapy, doctor visits, diagnostics, pharmacy, medical equipment rental, biomedical waste handling and rehabilitation for home use. Services vary by city and are confirmed at the time of booking. Our staff work under supervising physicians and follow written clinical protocols.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed by our 24×7 command centre. You will receive a confirmation with the caregiver's name, arrival window and contact number. Cancellations are free up to 4 hours before the visit. Later cancellations may attract a partial fee to compensate the dispatched caregiver for their travel and time.
Payments
Prepaid packages and post-visit invoicing are supported. All prices are quoted in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Insurance-reimbursable invoices are issued in the format required by your insurer. Refunds for cancelled prepaid services are processed within 7 working days.
Clinical scope
Our caregivers, nurses and technicians operate strictly within the scope of their role and the treating physician's plan. Any change of prescription, dose or clinical protocol must be authorised in writing by an authorised medical professional. We do not offer emergency medical services — in an emergency, please call your local ambulance number.
Equipment rentals
Rented equipment remains the property of Ranovexa. It is delivered inspected, calibrated and disinfected, and is picked up at the end of the rental. Reasonable wear-and-tear is expected. Loss or negligent damage may be recovered at the depreciated device value disclosed at hand-over.
Consent & family authority
Care for adults is delivered on the patient's informed consent. Where the patient is not able to consent, a nominated family member acts as the point of decision. Care for minors is booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.
Responsibilities of the household
To keep everyone safe, we ask that the home is accessible, that staff are treated with respect, and that any household risks (pets, infection, other visitors) are disclosed at booking. Ranovexa retains the right to pause or withdraw service in the rare event of unsafe conditions or misconduct toward staff.
Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Ranovexa's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Grievance & disputes
Complaints are triaged within 4 hours and closed within 24 hours through the Grievance Redressal page. Any residual dispute is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Updates
We may revise these terms as our services grow. Material changes are announced on this page and to registered users by email at least 15 days before they take effect.

All-inclusive INR pricing. Insurance-formatted invoices on request. Refunds within 7 working days.
