Ranovexa is building the operating system for home healthcare in India — a single, integrated group that runs caregivers, nursing, physiotherapy, doctor visits, diagnostics, pharmacy, equipment rental, biomedical waste and rehabilitation on shared clinical protocols, one command centre and one software stack. Why now
India is entering a two-decade demographic transition — a rapidly ageing population, more chronic disease, and families that live in different cities from their parents. Hospital capacity cannot scale to meet this demand, and the vast majority of care that used to require admission can now be delivered safely at home. What was missing was a coordinated operator with the clinical rigour, staffing depth and software backbone to make that reliable at scale. Ranovexa is that operator.
Model
We combine subscription care packages (elderly, chronic, post-op), per-visit clinical services, equipment rental and pharmacy refills — cross-sold to the same household. Nine business lines running on one command centre means each additional line has near-zero customer acquisition cost and improves margin on the shared fleet.
Governance
Independent Clinical Board, quarterly outcome audits, and an internal Grievance Officer independent of operations. Financials reviewed by an external firm. Regular investor updates on cohort economics, clinical outcomes and expansion progress.
