Academy

Where care is taught.

Back to Home

Every Ranovexa caregiver, nurse and technician goes through a structured training and certification pathway before their first patient visit.

How the Academy works

A four-week foundation programme followed by a role-specific specialisation track, live mentorship on the floor, and quarterly refreshers. Every graduate is uniformed, ID-verified, background-checked and insured.

Foundation (Week 1–2)

Patient rights, communication, hygiene, infection control, and basic vitals. Assessed by written and practical exams.

Clinical Skills (Week 3)

Wound care, bed-making, mobility support, fall prevention, feeding, catheter and stoma care, medication reminders.

Emergency Response (Week 4)

BLS, choking, seizures, oxygen therapy, escalation protocols, and hand-off to the command centre.

Role Specialisation

Elder care, post-op recovery, palliative, mother & baby, or ICU-at-home — supervised by senior clinicians.

Equipment Certification

BiPAP, CPAP, oxygen concentrators, suction machines, hospital beds and monitors — hands-on device drills.

Continuous Education

Monthly case reviews, quarterly refreshers and annual re-certification. Learning is never done.
